About me
Our law firm works with nonprofit organizations. We're happy to partner with WRCCS to provide legal counsel to charter schools. Specifically, we're helping charter schools with the legal steps of getting established: incorporation, bylaws, and the IRS application for recognition as a 501(c)(3) organization. More generally, we're available to answer questions related to governance.
